His preferred subject matter are quiet, reticent, and unassuming landscapes, often melancholic, which explore the intersections of nature and man. He is currently based out of Lone Pine, California at the foot of the Sierra Nevada. His style is rooted within the foundations of traditional landscape photography, but his observations and interactions are both contemporary and introspective.

His book, Manzanar: Echoes of Lost Memories was awarded first prize in the professional self-published book category by the 2025 International Photography Awards.
